Policy and Terms

All items are non🛇 refundable, exchange and store credit only. If you choose to exchange we can not guarantee that the item returned is still in stock. Store credit issued once returned item is recieved.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from diamondkrushboutique.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your  Postal Service.  Diamond Krush Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.

 

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.   After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

The rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live, certain countries add tarriffs after the package has been accepted there.  We are not responsible for these additional costs.  The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout, before you submit payment.  

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make sure to specify order number(s) so we can ensure your credit is accurate.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
